- Prepare a short list of the points you need the court to understand.
What to take
- Your bundle or key documents, the latest order, your notes, a chronology and any position statement.
- A spare copy of essential documents in case the court or another party does not have them.
- Pen, paper, charger, water and any accessibility information you need to raise.
After the hearing
- Write down what happened while it is fresh.
